Several Jim Thorpe Area High School football players received Awards at the recent 2008 Banquet Jan. 11, 2009 held at the high school: Front row: Brandon Zeigler, Spirit of a Champion; Kysheem Lynch, offensive MVP; Tony Mistretta, Phil Heraty Award; and Sophomore Tyler Mangold, Lineman of the Year.
