Former JT football player asks you to Get In the Game

Phil Redline, JTAHS Class of 2008, is currently playing football at Moravian College. His team is participating in Get In the Game, Save a Life Program and Phil is asking everyone to consider participating as well. The following email from Phil’s coach explains the program:

The Moravian College Football Team has partnered with the Be A Match Foundation(Bone Marrow) in participating in the Get In the Game, Save A Life Program. The goal of this partnership is to hold a drive and give everyone a chance to join the Be A Match Registry. This is a ten minute process that includes filling out a medical history form and a painless cotton swabbing of the cheek.

We need people from every background so more patients have a chance for a cure. The goal for our football team is for each player to sign up at least 10 people with the potential of being able to join the registry. Our players are the driving force behind this effort and have been equipped with all of the information that you may need.

Below is a YouTube link that will give you a brief explanation of the National Bone Marrow Donor Program Registry. This will be held April 21′st at Moravian College
from 3:30-7.
