Marian and Jim Thorpe battled it out at home tonight. Colts came out on top 42-6. Winning takes heart. You don’t win if you don’t want to win. One more game, boys. You have to want it. Let’s get that trophy back next week against Lehighton.
Jim Thorpe fans and residents – there will be a bonfire Thursday night around 7 p.m. to help get the team excited to take on Lehighton Friday night. The bonfire is in the side parking lot by the wrestling room. We hope to see everyone there!

Pictures from the pep rally today. The Touchdown Club sponsored a pie throwing fundraiser where students could buy chances to throw whipped-cream pies at Coach Rosenberger, Coach McGonigal or Athletic Director Dustin McAndrew. The club raised $100 for the Lynch Family. We hope everyone will come to Jim Thorpe Stadium tonight to watch the Olympians take on rival Marian at 7 p.m.
